Refund & Returns Policy

At Memory Lane we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving or collecting your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your product(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to make a return, you must contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get the exchanged product(s) you want is to contact us explain the reason for wanting an exchange, then return the item(s). Once the returned item(s) have been accepted and received by us, we will arrange shipping or a collection slot of the new item(s).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions  
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are NOT able to offer refunds or accept returns/exchanges on any personalised products, unless the item you receive is damaged or defective, or if there has been an error on our behalf. We provide our customers with various opportunities to check and confirm all personalisation and inputted information – Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been spelt incorrectly.

The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of receiving or collecting your item(s).

Due to the individual nature of personalised goods, they cannot be re-sold, and we therefore do NOT accept returns if you have changed your mind.

Returns via post/ courier should be sent to: Returns Department, Memory Lane- 21 Highfield Ave, Lostock Hall Preston PR5 5UX. The customer is responsible for returning items to Memory Lane . Memory Lane  can NOT be held accountable for returned items which go missing during transit. We recommend customers use a Recorded / Signed for delivery service.

Returns to collection point: Returns Department, Memory Lane – 21 Highfield Ave, Lostock Hall Preston PR5 5UX. The customer is responsible for returning items to Memory Lane . The returned item(s) MUST be given to an employee of Memory Lane, returns will not be accepted if not received by an employee of Memory Lane.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any Memory Lane gift cards and gift vouchers.
